Hardware and Software Requirements

The text is read using World-Wide-Web browsing software (not included) and is compatible with most modern browsers. Video's require Apple Quicktime (available without charge on the internet), and Java applets require that browser Java support is enabled. The digital texbook will run on any machine that supports the web browser software, but the CD is compatible with Windows or Mac OS.

Ordering Information

The software is available on CD-ROM for $89, including the Java applets, but excluding the web browsing software. A special academic price of $69 for students makes this one of the lowest priced textbooks in the field and when adopted for a course (in quantities of 10 or more) the price is just $25 per student.
